Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential care staff while promoting a positive team environment
• Ensure the well-being, safety and development of residents
• Monitor daily routines, activities and household operations
• Respond to crises and ensure appropriate follow-up

Qualifications

• Diploma in Child Care or Education, or HEART Trust/NCTVET Child Care certification
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Passionate about working with children
