Pulse & Pour Medical Café
Where Care Meets Coffee

Location: Mandeville, Jamaica
Employment: Full-time and part-time positions available

At Pulse & Pour, we believe every cup of coffee is an opportunity to care for someone.

We serve great coffee, healthy food, medical supplies and care for our community.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee, espresso, teas and other beverages.
• Prepare smoothies, wellness juices and açaí bowls.
• Help prepare healthy grab-and-go meals.
• Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with medical retail products.
• Keep the workstation clean and safe.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Excellent people and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
• Previous barista experience is an advantage but is not required; training will be provided.
