PRODUCTION STAFF (MALE/FEMALE)

The Captain’s Bakery Limited is seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated male and female individuals to join our production team at our Cross Roads location.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and mixing of doughs and batters.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (mixers, ovens).
• Monitor product quality and consistency.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary production area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Education and Experience

• Ability to read and write.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and interact politely with individuals at all levels.
• Must be willing and able to pass a Mathematics and Customer Service assessment.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts as assigned.
• Must be available to work Sundays and Public Holidays as assigned.
