Position: PASTRY COOK

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of dessert items for restaurants, banquets, special events, and room service.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Support other kitchen operations as required and work collaboratively with culinary team members.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
