Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting frames and lenses.
• Interpret and process optical prescriptions.
• Take accurate optical measurements.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Maintain frame displays and inventory.
• Process orders accurately with optical labs.
• Use optical software for patient records, order processing and inventory management.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year experience in optical dispensing.
• Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English.
• Ability to use optical software efficiently.
