OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Bubbly & customer-friendly
- Computer savvy & comfortable with emails
- Organized, neat & detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working both front of store & in the warehouse
- Physically able to lift and move boxes
- Willing and able to physically load/unload shipments and customer orders
- Adaptable and happy with a role where every day is a little different
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers and support sales
- Prepare invoices and other documents
- Receive, unload & organize stock
- Assist with general warehouse duties
- Keep the store and warehouse neat and organized
- Provide support wherever needed across the business
