OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Are you a strong leader with a passion for operations, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience?
We are looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Ensure operational and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate staff deployment and daily assignments
- Monitor guest experience and resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational records
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Mandatory Requirements
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, attractions, or a related industry
- Excellent knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Excel – MANDATORY
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
