Communicase Limited is a small, home-grown Jamaican company with a growing portfolio of local retail brands.

We’re looking for an organized, dependable and motivated person to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn, take on responsibility and grow with the company.

Experience

1–3 Years’ Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of our retail businesses
• Assist with inventory management, purchase orders and receiving goods
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records
• Prepare basic inventory and sales reports
• Assist with administrative and basic accounting tasks
• Help coordinate promotions, projects and other business activities
• Communicate and follow up with stores, suppliers and team members
• Provide general operational support to management as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in administration, retail, operations or a related role
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
• A positive attitude and an interest in learning and growing with the company
