Type: On call contract. You’ll be called when we need you!

Fast & Reliable

What We Need Help With:

• POS system troubleshooting + setup
• WiFi, printer, and payment machine issues
• Computer updates + data backup
• General tech support during mall hours

Security Camera Duties:

• Checking on CCTV/IP cameras + NVR setup
• Remote viewing setup on manager phone
• Maintenance, checking footage, fixing cameras when down

Requirements:

• Experience with retail POS, CCTV, and basic networking
• Can reach Sunshine Outlet Mall within 2–3 hours of a call
• Reliable, honest, and can explain things simply to staff
• Own tools
• Can quote for labor
