WANTED
ON CALL IT + SECURITY CAMERA TECHNICIAN
Type: On call contract. You’ll be called when we need you!
Fast & Reliable
What We Need Help With:
- POS system troubleshooting + setup
- WiFi, printer, and payment machine issues
- Computer updates + data backup
- General tech support during mall hours
Security Camera Duties:
- Checking on CCTV/IP cameras + NVR setup
- Remote viewing setup on manager phone
- Maintenance, checking footage, fixing cameras when down
Requirements:
- Experience with retail POS, CCTV, and basic networking
- Can reach Sunshine Outlet Mall within 2–3 hours of a call
- Reliable, honest, and can explain things simply to staff
- Own tools
- Can quote for labor
