E-COMMERCE & WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Add new products to the website within 24 hours of arrival.
• Update prices, stock levels and product information.
• Upload and edit product images.
• Write compelling product descriptions and optimize them for SEO.
• Create and update banners, promotions and website content.
• Monitor online orders and work with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure all products are correctly categorized and easy to find.
• Check the website daily for errors, broken links or out-of-stock items.
• Provide regular reports on website performance and improvements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Basic photo-editing skills using Canva or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of SEO and product optimization.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory systems; Loyverse is a plus.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and a team player.
