What You’ll Do

Oversee Daily Operations
Manage opening and closing, staff scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day café operations.

Manage Inventory
Track stock levels, minimize waste, conduct inventory counts using the POS system, and handle supplier orders.

Elevate Customer Experience
Maintain quality standards, handle feedback, and build relationships with regular customers.

Drive Sales Performance
Monitor daily revenue, implement upselling strategies, and work toward achieving sales goals.

Lead the Team
Train and motivate employees, hold staff accountable, and foster a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handler’s Permit — Required
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality — Required
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings and weekends
