MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure efficient operations
• Lead a skilled team to uphold safety and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in maintenance operations (hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sewage and safety compliance
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Mature personality with emotional intelligence

LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance tropical gardens and outdoor spaces
• Supervise landscaping staff and daily operations
• Promote eco-friendly practices and maintain resort aesthetics

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
• Knowledge of tropical plants, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping
• Strong organizational and team management skills
