CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

1. Senior Director, Environment and Risk (GMG/SEG 5)

Salary: $8,102,338.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A post-graduate degree in Pure or Applied Sciences, Environmental Management, or a related field;
• At least seven (7) years of related experience, with four (4) years in a management capacity.

2. Director, Human Resource Management & Development (GMG/SEG 4)

Salary: $6,649,966.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s Degree in Management Studies, Human Resource Development/Management, Public Sector Management, Public/Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Seven (7) years’ experience in Public Sector HRM, with at least four (4) years in a senior management capacity; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Human Resource Development/Management, Public Sector Management, Public/Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Eight (8) years’ experience in Public Sector HRM, with at least three (3) years at the Senior Management level.

3. Director, Organizational Development and Change Management (GMG/SEG 3)

Salary: $5,457,937.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Human Resource Development/Management, Public Sector Management, Public/Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Development at the middle management level in an organization of similar size and complexity;
• Specialized training in Management Analysis, Performance Management and Appraisal Systems, and Change Management would be an asset.

4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (GMG/SEG 3)

Salary: $5,457,937.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics;
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in management or financial reporting, business analysis and performance measurement.

5. Strategic Planner (GMG/SEG 3)

Salary: $5,457,937.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or Public Administration;
• Training in Strategic Management and/or Project Planning;
• Three (3) years’ experience in Corporate and Operational Planning and Programme Evaluation;
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field would be an asset.

6. Research Officer (SOG/ST 5)

Salary: $3,676,602.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology or another related Social Sciences discipline with a strong research component;
• At least two (2) years’ work-related experience;
• Working knowledge of SPSS.

7. Safety & Security Management Officer (SOG/ST 5)

Salary: $3,676,602.00 per annum.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Management Studies, Public Sector Management, Public/Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Two (2) years’ experience in a Safety, Security or Emergency Management environment in a large organization.
