Vehicle Tracking Technician (Montego Bay)
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service electronic alarm and vehicle tracking systems according to company standards and client requirements.
- Conduct investigations into customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Accurately document all service and installation activities by completing required forms, checklists, and reports.
Technician must be able to:
- High School Diploma (3 – CXC passes, with two being Mathematics & English Language) or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in automotive technology, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in vehicle electronics installation or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and GPS technology.
