HR MANAGER

Location: Head Office

Lead • Develop • Support • Make a Difference

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and compliance.
• Lead recruitment, training and staff development initiatives.
• Provide strategic support to management on HR matters.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Jamaican labour laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
