Sales Executive

Hardline Motor Sales JA is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell vehicles to walk-in customers and through referrals, social media and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives while providing expert product information
• Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into successful sales
• Negotiate deals and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements and other required documentation
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Represent Hardline Motor Sales JA professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of three CXC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications
• Previous experience in vehicle sales, retail sales or customer service is an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
• Passion for vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service
• Comfortable using social media for sales and promotion
• A valid driver’s licence is an advantage
