Position Summary

The Factory Manager will oversee the factory’s daily operations and administrative office, ensuring efficient production, inventory control, security and compliance with company policies.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, training and motivation to staff while reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of four years’ experience in manufacturing

Required Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Skilled in coordinating production schedules, resources and workflows to maximize efficiency
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and supervise employees to achieve production goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
