PARK ACCOUNTANT

SHORT-TERM POSITION

Dolphin Cove Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Park Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the park’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support sound business decisions.

Hanover Branch

Key Functions

• Reconcile Daily Statistics Report against armband control.
• Reconcile Cash Out Reports against the Daily Cash Inflows report.
• Generate Daily Sales Report and hand it to Accounts Receivable for billing process.
• Investigate credit card charge backs and resolve guest enquiries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and send Revenue Report to the General Manager.
• Post all Journal Entries to record the transactions of the Park.
• Review the Trial Balance and approve it after.
• Generate and analyze the P&L Statement of the Park.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
