Must be qualified & have 1 year or more experience

1. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the AR Team.
  • Maintain relationships and regular communication with agencies and other receivable partners.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-up and collection of receivables.
  • Review aging reports and ensure appropriate collection actions are taken.
  • Ensure payments received are accurately applied and accounts are properly reconciled.
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies and outstanding account issues.
  • Monitor the completion and accuracy of AR processes and reports.
  • Assist with revenue adjustments and related reconciliations where required.
  • Support month-end closing activities relating to Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK / PAYROLL SUPPORT

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing and verification of supplier invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with supplier reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of supplier payments and other Accounts Payable functions as required.
  • Provide support with the preparation of payroll and processing.
  • Assist with reviewing payroll information and supporting documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain appropriate payroll records and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and queries.
  • Provide backup support for the payroll function during absences and other critical processing periods.
  • Assist with month-end Accounts Payable and payroll-related activities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 1 year or more experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
