Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation or fleet operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate drivers, routes and daily schedules.
• Computer literate with good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule routes for drivers.
• Monitor and track fleet operations.
• Communicate with drivers and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist in resolving operational issues.
