Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Guidance & Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with adolescents and behaviour management
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Sound judgement, fairness, confidentiality and emotional maturity
- Strong organisational, record-keeping and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain professional under pressure and work collaboratively to support student development, accountability and positive behaviour
