Qualifications and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working with students at the secondary level; experience in student management or behaviour support would be an asset.
• Training or experience in conflict resolution, counselling, child development, behaviour management or school safety would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, report-writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff and external agencies.
