A Retail Outlet is recruiting for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of reference for customers and will therefore be friendly, courteous, and professional. The Representative will be knowledgeable about the products and services being offered, will educate customers accordingly, and will efficiently serve customers with the utmost professionalism.

He/she will perform the following tasks: cashiering, stock counting, data entry, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. At least five (5) CSEC subjects including Maths/Principles of Accounts and English Language
2. Two (2) years similar working experience
3. Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
4. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for numbers
5. Experience with Inventory Management is a plus
6. Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and proficiency in Windows software required
7. Honest, trustworthy, and good work ethic
