Content Creator / Social Media & Store Assistant

Full-Time Position

We are looking for a creative, energetic, organized and reliable individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social-media platforms
• Film and edit Reels and short-form videos
• Take attractive photos and videos of products
• Keep up with social-media trends and content ideas
• Respond promptly to customer messages and social-media enquiries
• Assist with posting and promoting products and new arrivals
• Assist in-store customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process, pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
• Restock, organize and maintain product displays
• Assist with general day-to-day store operations

Requirements

• Creative with a strong eye for content
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva and CapCut
• Strong written communication and customer-service skills
• Able to respond to messages professionally and efficiently
• Organized and attentive when preparing orders
• Reliable, punctual and able to multitask
• Experience in retail, social media or content creation is an asset
