Position Overview

Home & Things is seeking a reliable Company Bus Driver and Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor based at OHR to coordinate the safe transport of staff and authorized company errands while overseeing vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport staff and carry out authorized company errands safely.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections and vehicle-document renewals.
• Liaise with mechanics, obtain approvals and maintain maintenance and fuel records.
• Monitor equipment condition and report outstanding defects and completed work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Jamaican driver’s licence appropriate for the assigned vehicles and staff transport.
• Relevant commercial or staff-transport driving experience.
• Practical vehicle-maintenance knowledge and strong scheduling and record-keeping skills.
• Dependability, confidentiality, communication and safe-driving competence.
