Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Clinical Team
• Support clients in achieving their goals across settings (school, clinic, and home)
• Collect data and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with clinical team, families, and other professionals
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• Must be okay with traveling to different parishes and office locations
• Comfortable working in school, clinic, and home settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping others and making a difference
