WE’RE HIRING
CLIENT INTAKE & CONVERSION COORDINATOR
Work-from-Home | Jamaica
Work Hours: 8:30 A.M.–5:00 P.M.
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages and emails
- Record inquiries and complete follow-ups
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Help turn qualified inquiries into clients
We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business
- Reliable computer, internet and quiet workspace
