Ages 22 Years and Older

Requirements

• At least 5 CSEC subjects, including Information Technology and one Business subject.
• A HEART Certificate in Customer Service or Office Administration (or equivalent).
• Must be great with sales and have a results-driven mindset.
• Social media savvy and comfortable engaging online.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly and client-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Your Role

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every client.
• Handle enquiries, walk-ins and follow-ups professionally.
• Promote courses and services and drive enrolment.
• Manage client records and ensure accurate information.
• Engage with clients on social media and other digital platforms.
• Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Be the face and voice of Annie Gee’s Creative Institute.
