BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Part-Time Pay: $5,000 Per Day

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to support our business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety consultancy services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective companies across various industries.
• Introduce our HR and Occupational Health & Safety consultancy services.
• Identify and speak with key decision-makers.
• Collect and verify contact information (name, job title, email, phone number).
• Generate qualified leads for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the prospect database.
• Follow up on leads as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and persuasive on the phone.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain productivity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
