SALES ASSOCIATE
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office Location: New Kingston, Jamaica
About the Role
Bailey Wealth Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate with proven sales experience and a background in financial services to join our growing team. You will generate new business, conduct sales calls, coordinate client meetings, support our Wealth Strategists, manage CRM activities, and assist with administrative & financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Jamaican and international financial markets is an asset.
