Full job description
The Assistant Back of House Maintenance Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of all back-of-house facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering operations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programmes and maintenance work-order systems.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
