Position: Accounting Manager
Company: E&R Career & Creative Services
Location: Spanish Town Road, Jamaica

Education & Professional Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent certification is preferred; candidates currently pursuing such qualifications will also be considered.
Experience & Technical Competencies
- A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements and coordinating external and internal audit activities.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning.
- Sound knowledge of Jamaican tax laws, statutory obligations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
