A Vacancy Exists for the Position of Accounting Analyst

This position will require a thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and the General Ledger. This position will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to, the maintenance of the Balance Sheet accounts across the local entities, and some select overseas accounts.

Formal Superior: Accountant

Job Requirements:

• Maintain monthly General Ledger schedules and reconciliations at audit level.
• Monthly audit review of Accounts Payable & Receivable Aged Summary Report.
• Fully maintain the company’s Fixed Assets Register.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations by the third working day of the following month.
• Ensure all monthly standard journal entries and accruals are updated and posted to the General Ledger in a timely manner.
• Monthly reconciliation of all inter-company General Ledger and sub-ledger accounts by the 15th of the following month.
• Prepare and post G/L entries in a timely manner.
• Maintain the General Ledger accounts to audit level on a monthly basis. This includes the reconciliation of all GL accounts, in particular the Inventory Clearing, Cash Clearing and other clearing accounts which are utilized.
• Preparation of monthly management reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level: BSc Accounting & Finance
