Williams McKoy & Palmer

The law firm Williams McKoy and Palmer was established more than twenty-years ago by Mr. Carlton Williams, Dr. Derrick McKoy and Mr. Leon Palmer. Two of the founding partners, Carlton Williams and Leon Palmer, edit my paper each with over thirty (30) years of experience at the Jamaican bar remain partners. Derrick McKoy, who gave up the formal practice of law to become the former Contractor-General of Jamaica, is now the Dean of the Faculty of Law, of the University of the West Indies, and remains a consultant to the firm.
