St. John Ambulance Association of Jamaica remains committed to enabling everyone to improve their health, safety and quality of life by offering valuable training in first aid and home nursing and by providing first aid, nursing care, ambulance and disaster relief services.

Over the past 115 years of service, the work and worth of St. John Ambulance Association of Jamaica has grown steadily in the country, mainly because of the increased public awareness of the importance of First Aid and Home Care Nursing.

With over 300 staff and volunteers island wide, St. John Ambulance Association of Jamaica gives thousands of hours in public duty and ambulance services annually without prejudice. Our public duties include first aid coverage for official and state functions as well as corporate and private events.

We are your best choice to provide first aid training at work, home and in the community, and as a world leader in the field, St John Training Programmes are internationally recognised in over 40 countries and are valid for a period of three years.

Beneficiaries of St John First Aid and Home Care Nursing Programmes, together with other trained volunteers, often secure jobs in public facilities, privately funded homes, orphanages, hospitals, clinics and some even migrate and are afforded employment opportunities and /embraced in other St. John international networks, activities and programmes.
