RIO COBRE RIVER

The Rio Cobre River can be considered a blessing in disguise to the hundreds of residents in St. Catherine that depend on irrigation water particularly for agricultural purposes. Yet this river has been a watery grave for a number of people when the vehicle in which they were travelling plunged into the deep waters of the Rio Cobre.
