Kier has maintained a regional office in Kingston, Jamaica, for over 50 years. During that time the company has been a major player on the Jamaican and Caribbean construction scene. Successfully completed projects include industrial plants, factories, residue disposal areas, bridges, water treatment plants, marine works, office buildings, airports and resort hotels.

In April 2011 Kier also opened an opened an office in Trinidad to reestablish roots where Kier carried out major projects in the 1980’s.

Kier’s Harbour Head base in Kingston, as well as providing regional offices, also offer storage, equipment maintenance workshops, re-bar cutting and bending and reinforced concrete pre-casting facilities. In particular, Kier Engineering Services offers permanent works design of foundations and buildings, and temporary works design in support of projects. Kier Construction (Caribbean) carries out contracts of all sizes, typically ranging from US$300.00 thousand to US$100.00 million.
