Erected in 1895, this brick and stone building has two storeys and an upper verandah at the front and in the rear.

Billionaire businessman Michael Lee Chin financially assisted in the construction of a new Court House in exchange for taking over this historical Court House to renovate and house a Morant Bay National Commercial Bank Branch.
