DiMed Trading Limited was established in April 1998 by the Managing Director, Ms Dian Brown. It started with a staff complement of two (2) and has since grown to four (4). The firm is a 100% Jamaican owned and operated.

Initially, the company was involved in satisfying the needs of the dental practitioners and later expanded to supplying medical and pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.

The company being responsive to the health care needs of the country has since expanded to include the total health care field.

The company maintains a highly qualified and well trained staff to carry out its mandate. DiMed Trading Limited is the distributors of a wide variety of Medical and Health Care supplies.
