Barco Caribbean Limited is a Jamaican owned and operated company, which began operation in 1975. Manufacturers and distributors of their own brands of personal care and household cleaning products, Barco and its 150 loyal members of staff have seen their range grow to a total of forty-nine (49) products, many of which enjoys the envious position as market leaders in Jamaica.

The Company’s aggressive marketing and sales department have successfully placed their products nationwide in the leading supermarkets, wholesales, pharmacies, shops and convenient stores. Barco also enjoys a moderate level of export sales to the United Kingdom, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Grenada and Antigua. We continue to seek representation for our range of products in other countries.

Among the brands and products that Barco is popularly known for, includes the Purelene range of personal care products, Nailtex Nail Polish Removers, Royal Rubbing Alcohols, PAL Dishwashing Liquids and Disinfectants, Chlorite Bleach and Superbrite Floor Polishes. Recently, the company continuously assessing opportunities in the market place introduced a range of food products under its own brand Island Chef. This includes, canned Baked Beans, Butter Beans and dried soup mixes which includes Cock, Chicken and Pumpkin Beef Soups. Known for producing good quality products, Barco have on a few occasions been contracted to manufacture products under private labels which are found in several supermarkets. Barco continues to equip itself to meet the opportunities of globalisation and is dedicated to providing and meeting the needs of the Jamaican consumer with Quality Products at Affordable prices.
