A&N was established on April 15, 2015 as a limited liability micro-finance institution. The sole business activity of the company has been the provision of loans for individuals and small businesses in Jamaica with a drive towards ensuring manageable payment terms specifically tailored to the financial needs of clients. Specifically, the company’s offerings include nine (9) individual loan options and Five (5) business loan packages.

A&N is strategically managed by its two founders, Ashia Brownie – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Alicia Prendergast – Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Board of Directors. Through their strategic plans the team is committed to provide high quality financial services/products to contribute to the GDP of the country through stimulating trade and commerce, accelerating the pace of industrialization, creating a path for our clients to improve their knowledge in finances and financial services industry. A&N is committed to contribute to the development of Jamaica’s economy (2030 Vision) by creating employment opportunities, poverty alleviation, raising the standard of living and over all sustainable socio-economic development of the country.
