1. Low cost financing of Solar Powered Products (Water heater, Air
   Conditioning Units, etc.) for residential properties
2. Financing of Solar Panel Systems for residential properties
3. Replacement, upgrading & maintenance of solar facilities at residential properties

1. Accessible to existing members with minimum 6 months of membership
2. Loan Amount – Maximum 3 Million
3. Loan period – Maximum 10 years (Secured Loan) / Maximum 5 years (Unsecured Loan)
4. Low Interest Rate
5. Qualifying Shares (1/8 of total loan amount)
6. Loan can be Secured / Unsecured
7. The member must present an assessment report / invoice/s.
8. All aspects surrounding the purchase, delivery and installation of and or
   any accessories must be outlined.
9. Income information – last 3 months’ pay slips for Administrative Staff
   and the last 6 months’ pay slips for Sales Representatives
10. Payment by salary deduction or standing order
11. Credit Reference where applicable
12. Where applicable, Creditor Life Insurance to be applied
13. Current Proof of Address and valid form of ID required

Acceptable Collateral for Secured Solar Loan

1. Cash deposits held at this Credit Union or any other licensed financial
   institution
2. Real Estate (Borrower must be owner of Property)
