•  Interest Rate– 15%, Fees-3% of loan amount and Tenure– Up to 72 months
• Must be a COK Sodality member
• If Employed:
• Job Letter stating salary, position, length of employment; plus last two months pay slips
• Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card
• Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Voter’s ID, Passport or COK ID);
• One (1) Passport sized photograph
• If Self-Employed:
• Financial statements prepared by a Certified Chartered Accountant & stamped ( self-employed applicant)
  • Income & Expenditure Statement /Balance sheet
  • Cash Flow Statement and Cash Flow projections (for at least three years)
• Credit reference ( where applicable)
• Print out of savings/current account transactions for at least 12 months OR updated bank book

(Using Real Estate as security)

• Interest Rate– 7.45%, Fees-4.5% of loan amount and Tenure– Up to 180 months
• Must be a COK Sodality member

• Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card
•  Valid ID (Driver’s Licence, Voter’s ID, Passport, COK ID)
• One (1) Passport sized photograph

• If Self Employed:
  • 1. Financials prepared by a Certified Chartered Accountant & stamped this must include Income & Expenditure Statement for last 2 years, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Cash Flow projections for at least three years.
  • 2. Print out of savings/current account transactions for at least 12 months OR updated Bank Book.
