Stevanni L. Duncan is an Attorney at Law and Notary Public.

She has been a practicing attorney since 2011. Miss Duncan first worked as a Crown Counsel in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

As Crown Counsel, she prosecuted serious criminal offences and secured convictions in high profile cases. The most notable case being The Queen v Gregory August, which was appealed all the way to the highest appellate court for Belize, the Caribbean Court of Justice.

After approximately one year of working as a Crown Counsel, Miss Duncan joined the team of attorneys at Barrow & Williams LLP, one of the premier law firms in the country.

Whilst at the firm, she was a member of the Litigation Committee, the Corporate Affairs Committee, and the Management Committee.

Miss Duncan sometimes sat on the Christmas Luncheon Committee and the Family Day Committee.

After seven years of professional growth and practice at Barrow & Williams, she began her own practice in December 2019.

Her goal is to grow her practice into one of the most prestigious chambers in the country.

Miss Duncan’s areas of practice include real estate, immigration, criminal and civil litigation, commercial, employment and labour, and estate planning.
