Welcome to The Truck Stop! We’re a food truck park located one-mile north of the bridge on Ambergris Caye. Come try the fun and exciting food options from our five different food trucks ?including pizza, Latin American fusion, Malaysian noodles, ice cream, and of course, tropical drinks.

We also have Movie Night everyWednesday, where we serve you dinner and drinks while you watcha new or classic movie on our 18-foot movie screen! On Thursdays at 7:30, come play Truck Stop Trivia — our own unique brand of trivia featuring lots of fun movie and music questions. And every Sunday we do our famous Sunday Funday Pig Roast, featuring live music, a free cornhole tournament with a $100 bar tab grand prize, and the best pig roast this side of Texas.
