Receivables / Collections Officer – ILDS, Kingston

ILDS International Employment Agency is recruiting a full-time Receivables / Collections Officer for an automotive financial services role in Kingston, Jamaica.

Responsibilities

Manage collections, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, meet debt recovery targets, and reduce delinquency.

Requirements

Two to three years of collections or debt recovery experience, a record of meeting or exceeding collection targets, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation and follow-through skills are required.
