Pump Attendants

• Provide friendly and efficient refuelling service.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Keep pump areas clean and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment faults and safety concerns.

Cashiers

• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Balance cash registers and maintain transaction records.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Keep the cashier area clean and organised.

Supervisors

• Oversee daily station operations and staff schedules.
• Monitor sales, cash handling and fuel inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Support staff and resolve customer concerns.
