Baking Enterprises 1988 Ltd., the commercial baking and manufacturing company behind Yummy and Holsum, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and maintain quality, efficiency and food safety standards.

Key requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• At least five years of experience in bakery, food production or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production operations and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Oversee production staff and related administrative duties.
• Support production planning, staff scheduling, labour monitoring and operational reporting.
