ROOFING ESTIMATOR & FIELD PROJECT COORDINATOR
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities
- Site Inspections & Measurements: Climb roofs/ladders to inspect conditions, take accurate measurements, and assess scope.
- Technical Drafting: Produce clear roof diagrams, layouts, and material takeoffs.
- Estimating & Math: Calculate area, pitch, slope, waste, and material quantities for project budgeting.
- Project Management: Coordinate timelines, material deliveries, and crew execution.
- Communication: Liaise professionally with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Owns a reliable motor vehicle & valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working at heights and reading a measuring tape.
- Strong technical drawing and basic math skills.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and organized.
- Living in or around Old Harbour is a plus!
