Position: Restaurant Manager
Join our team at ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staffing, schedules, and performance of all outlets.
- Lead, motivate, train and develop teams to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth across all outlets.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, health & safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Plan and execute banqueting events, working closely with clients to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, minimize waste, and ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant group, or banqueting operation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
